The first day of school is almost here! Our nurse wants to ensure that our staff has updated shot records for your students.

Please note that students who have missing immunizations will not be able to attend classes on Wednesday, August 18.

Updated shot records can be dropped off in person at the Main Office or emailed to kristenblackledge@misdmail.org or fax to 817-548-2266.
