Optional Student Chromebook Protection Program

Mansfield ISD provides devices for students to be used for educational purposes while enrolled in our school district.

New to district students - Students that are new to the district must enter a work order for a district-issued device. Stop by the library and fill out the Help Desk Ticket Request.

Students with outstanding fees - Students with outstanding device fees due to loss, theft, or damage, must submit a work order so that a loaner device can be issued. Fees must be paid no later than Oct. 28 to avoid removal of access to the district-owned loaner device. (Fees can  be paid in Skyward  or at the student's assigned campus.)

Students with broken devices - Students needing to report a broken device should follow the instructions on the Assistance with Broken/Damaged Devices webpage.

Optional device protection is being offered by the district to cover accidental damage to district-issued devices. The enrollment window for this coverage is Aug. 1 - Sept. 14, 2022.
